• Prices - Are subject to change – All or products are quoted when the order is taken any changes in cost the purchaser will be notified prior to shipping.

 

• Terms - CFM Performance Carburetors except Visa, Master Card, Check, Cash and COD. All orders will be paid in full prior to shipping unless approval has been given. When paying by personal or company checks we require that the order will be held until the check has cleared from the bank. All COD orders must have certified bank check or cashiers check. No personal or company checks will be accepted on any COD order.

 

• Shipping – All our products are shipped to your home or place of business by UPS. Purchaser must request a different form of shipment if needed.

 

• Damage – When our products leave here they are packed and shipped in good order. We fully insure all our products with UPS at the time of shipping. In the event the product is damaged in shipment we must be notified immediately. All items must be left in the box with all packaging materials until the package is inspected. Until than no adjustments will be made.

 

• Warranty – Before leaving our shop all products are fully tested and ran on our test engine for performance quality. Competition components are often misused and pushed beyond their limits, therefore there is no warranty or guarantee with us either written or implied. The seller (CFM Performance Carburetors) will not be held liable for any loss damage or injury-directly or indirectly arisen from the use or inability to determine the use of any product. Before using, the user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and the user shall assume all responsibility and risk in connection with its use. After running our product and you are not completely satisfied we ask for you to contact us so we can help make any adjustments with your application.

 

• Refunds – There will be no cash refunds on any customer products. If there is a product we take back we charge a 20% restocking fee. All returned items must be authorized.
